One of her significant achievements was with RGF Executive Search Vietnam (a subsidiary of Recruit Group – top 4 global HR advisory & Technology company based in Japan) where she built the company in 2012 from the scratch and grew nationwide to become top 3 multi millions US dollars foreign service providers in the field in Vietnam after only 3 years. The recorded achievement was the breakeven in the 1st year, double growth in the 2nd year and consistently growth 150% in the following years. Most of her developed leaders are now Founders/CEOs, Executives … in MNCs and private sector, who are happy & successful leaders contributing significantly to the sustainable growth of Vietnam and in the SEA region.
